CORE VALUES
Players, coaches, and parents should prioritize development of all aspects of the game. Mental, physical, and fundamental. Clubhouse Stix also takes pride in winning and learning how to win. We believe this is an important component of development.
Clubhouse Stix expect players, coaches, and parents to always do the right thing when no one is watching. We believe that youth with integrity go on to be the most employable adults and have a positive impact on those around them.
Clubhouse Stix believe that the foundation of mental toughness is gratitude. Starting each day being thankful for another opportunity helps athletes, parents, and coaches stay in a neutral and logical headspace.
All members of the Clubhouse Stix family are expected to respect umpires, teams, coaches, teammates, guest speakers, guest coaches, tournament staff, hotel staff, etc. We want the logo on our shirts to represent respect and for our program to be remembered for this.
Clubhouse Stix expect players, coaches, and parents to be accountable for their actions and words. We also expect players to hold each other accountable. Being accountable means having clear communication skills and owning your behavior despite the outcome.
