Nichole Schroeder
Nichole is the director of operations for Clubhouse Stix Softball and the owner of Elite Minds Private Coaching & Mental Performance. She trains softball/baseball players at Clubhouse Sports Academy, specializing in mental performance. She spent one season as an assistant softball coach at Saint Martin’s University (DII) in Lacey, WA for the 2022 season. Nichole brings Division I experience after spending 2018-2021 as a graduate manager for the University of Texas softball team under head coach, Mike White. During her time at Texas, the Longhorns made it to the Super Regionals in 2019 & 2021. She earned her master’s degree in Social Work with a military concentration & is a licensed independent clinical social worker in WA.A student-athlete, Nichole was recruited to play softball at Long Island University in New York City (DI) and finished her playing career at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA. She earned First Team All-Region as a catcher, had the 4th highest batting average (.419), and the highest OBP (.503) in the conference in 2017.Nichole graduated at PLU with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, specializing in military.A native of Olympia, WA., Nichole was an Olympia High School softball standout. She broke the school’s homerun record and earned All-Area Player of the Year in 2013.
Kiley Faglie
Coach Kiley has been in the softball world for over 25 years. She grew up playing select ball in central Texas and lettered as a varsity player for Georgetown High School all 4 years. She was named Newcomer of the year for the district her Freshman year, and continued to earn several accolades throughout her high school career. She competed in the NJCAA World Series with Odessa Junior College, and ended her career playing at Lyon College in Arkansas where she had the privilege of playing for the first softball team to be fielded at that university. She has coached all ages, from Tball, to 18U, and has so much passion for the sport. Softball is a big part of her life, and she loves being able to coach the younger generation and help the sport continue to grow. Her main focus with her team, and individual lessons is age appropriate development, with an emphasis on mind/body connection.

Leticia Farias
Coach Let has been in the softball world since the age of 9. She grew up playing in Washington State where she was starting shortstop for three years at her high school. She continued her career for two more years at Bellevue College. After finishing her career with Bellevue College, she realized how much softball has taught her lessons she would use in everyday life and wanted to give back to the next generations to come. Coach Let is excited to share her knowledge of infield development, strength & conditioning and how crucial recovery is during your athletic career. Her favorite quote: TRUST THE PROCESS!!
Sara Davison
A native of Round Rock, Sara Davison played 4 seasons at Round Rock high school earning Pitcher of the Year her senior year. Sara went on to play at The University of Texas at Dallas while earning a degree in Arts and Technology. While a Comet, Sara earned third and second team all conference honors and helped guide the program to their only American Southwest Conference Championship in 2017 and their first NCAA tournament appearance.
Sara currently works at an aerospace company as a Quality Engineer, gives private pitching lessons and enjoys playing volleyball, golf, and pickleball.
Her main focus is empowering young athletes to be confident in their skills, both mentally and physically!

Brittney Boling
Growing up in the metroplex, Brittney has played at all levels. She went to Angelo State Universty while earning a bachelor’s in cardiac rehab. While a Rambelle she earned accolades of All-American and helped guide her program to the D2 College World seeries and three Regional Apperances.
Brittney is currently working towards her Master Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and gives private pitching lessons and enjoys training for marathons, playing pickle ball and caring for her husband and two boys.
Her main focus is developing young pitchers to be confident in themselves no matter the skill level both mentally and physically.
Justine Boyle
Justine Boyle grew up in Southern California while traveling all over the United States playing select softball. While attending Foothill High School, Justine was a 4 year starting infielder aiding her team to 3 CIF state playoff appearances. Her junior year, she was named in the top 25 of home run leaders in Orange County, California.
She was offered the amazing opportunity to continue her education at Chatham University under an academic scholarship in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Hoping to be apart and help build a program, Justine decided that her best path was a NCAA Division 3 school which helped her achieve a degree in Business Management with a minor in Public Relations. She found herself starting all 4 years at 3rd base while also being the occasional utility player. While in attendance, the team made it to the PAC conference playoffs for the first time in program history. With the honor of being a captain both junior and senior years, she learned many life skills that she continues to use today. During her time at school, Justine was an assistant coach for a 16U select team (Pittsburgh Predators) and have helped many girls begin their recruiting process for college softball.
Justine specializes in fielding techniques and mechanics, she is also available and open for batting lessons. Her favorite quote is one that the U.S. Navy Seals repeatedly say and it reads, “Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.”
